Brittany S. Lanphier is the Managing Partner and co-founder of Lanphier LLP, where she oversees the firm's operations, client relationships, and strategic direction. With more than 18 years of experience in public accounting, Brittany has built a reputation as a trusted advisor to business owners, high-net-worth individuals, and families navigating complex financial and tax situations.

Background and Education

Originally from Dallas, Texas, Brittany attended Texas A&M University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BBA in Accounting and an MS in Financial Management. Her academic distinction set the foundation for a career defined by technical rigor and a deep commitment to excellence.

Career

Brittany began her career at Deloitte, one of the Big 4 accounting firms, where she specialized in international tax. It was during her time at Deloitte that she met her husband and future business partner, Dennis. After gaining invaluable experience serving multinational corporations and complex engagements at the highest level, Brittany and Dennis founded Lanphier LLP in 2009 with a vision of delivering that same caliber of service in a more personal, relationship-driven practice.

In addition to her work at the firm, Brittany is a trained forensic accountant and has served as an expert witness in financial matters. She is a nationally sought-after speaker, known for her thought leadership on advisory-first tax practices, innovative client onboarding processes, and the future of the accounting profession.

Personal

Brittany and Dennis live in the Denver area with their three daughters -- Brooklyn, Addison, and Hallie. Outside of the office, she is dedicated to her family and to fostering the same values of hard work, integrity, and service that define the firm.
